I love pink but with my skin colour I have to be picky with the right hue too.
Frogging with a ball winder is actually quite relaxing, really.yuveehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07661132948225670486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23377488.post-22484057403626496582007-05-15T11:05:00.000-04:002007-05-15T11:05:00.000-04:00Wow! I made Eiffel earlier this year, my first sweater, but it did the same thing. It was pulling in the underarm area and too tight across the hips. I learned quite a bit, but I still have a lot more to learn.

I like the new pink you picked out. You are so right, the fleshy pinks just make us pale people look sick. Good Luck on your next try.CaveGurlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15596670157511371785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23377488.post-3805185804852800562007-05-15T10:18:00.000-04:002007-05-15T10:18:00.000-04:00Oh Poos! I know that 'exactly the right shade of pink' dilemma too, I'm dark haired and pale skinned, and adore pink - but the wrong one can wash you out big time. Good luck with the next attempt, with all that experience I'm sure it's going to be really pretty.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23377488.post-21138500980158947162007-05-15T09:49:00.000-04:002007-05-15T09:49:00.000-04:00I'm sorry! I found it a bit splitty, but it can knit up nicely. Good luck with the frogging- go straight to the ball winder, it makes it much faster (and less painful!).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
